Henri Matisse Offset Lithographs "Chinese Fish" and "Beasts of the Sea"

A collection of three offset lithographs after original paper collages by Henri Matisse (1869-1954). One is of Chinese Fish after the 1951 gouache on paper, cut and pasted, with charcoal on paper, mounted on canvas, as a maquette for a stained-glass window, part of the Patricia Phelps de Cisneros Collection. Another is of Beasts of the Sea after the 1950 gouache on paper, cut and pasted on white paper, mounted on canvas, in the collection of the National Gallery of Art. Lastly in this group is a print of a close up of a ‘Matisse’ signature from an unidentified collage of orange, green, blue and pale yellow. Each is presented, under glass, in gold toned frames, with hanging hardware and stand.
