A colorful ceramic bowl from Italy. This hexagonal bowl features decorative floral applications to each top corner, including a pair of roses, one yellow and one pink, with gold tone accents along the edges of the petals. The bowl has bowed walls which are pierced in three spots along each edge near the top, painted in a dark aqua blue base with other colorful floral illustrations, and is supported on six tabular feet, each with small felt pads underneath. There is a very large and crisp illustration of a group of wildflowers to the inside center, and the piece is marked to the underside ‘Italy’.
