Vintage Forty-Eight Star Flag
Item Details
A vintage forty-eight star flag. This cloth flag was manufactured before 1959 when Alaska and Hawaii became states and were subsequently represented by their own stars on the American flag. This flag has two brass grommets to one side and has a fading mark that reads ‘3×5’ referring to the size of the flag.
Condition
- some staining, condition consistent with age and use.
