"Chicken George" Zupp Oil on Bristol Board Outsider Art
Item Details
An original oil on bristol board outsider folk art painting by listed Texas outsider artist ‘Chicken George’ Zupp, titled The Devil’s Rocking Chair. The painting depicts a rocking chair sitting next to a railing on which precariously balance several alcohol bottles and the face of the devil. The painting is signed and dated 2009 to the lower right. It is matted in black and presented behind glass in a composite frame with brushed bronze tone finish. A hanging wire is attached to the verso.
