A handwoven Turkish area rug. The rug has a vibrant crimson red and re-orange field, with a single bright orange stripe and deep mocha brown stripe pattern over the field. Likely made of goat hair, it has a small kilim skirt and undyed, natural warp fringe to one end, and espresso brown braided loop attached to the kilim skirt to the other. It has a double seam overcast selvedge edge in the weft crimson red. Unmarked.

Condition

- to fair, with some loose threads and slight fraying.
