Early American Kellogg Antique Crank Phone
Item Details
An early American Kellogg antique crank-style telephone. This classic antique wall phone features a vertical rectangular walnut finish cabinet with an arched and scalloped crown accent. The front of the cabinet houses two brass toned bells at the top, and a brass toned receiver inside of a routed rectangular accent. A deep shelf juts from under the receiver in the front of the cabinet, and a small hand crank is on the right side of the cabinet. On the left hangs the listening piece hangs in its mount with the cloth covered cable attaching to the cabinet.
Condition
- wear consistent with use and age.
- some minor scratches to the wood finish.
- some soiling and tarnish to the bells.
