A vintage Norah Wellings Holland-America Line sailor doll. The circa 1930s doll has a celluloid head and stuffed fabric body. Norah Wellings was a well known English designer of dolls who founded the Victoria Toy Works which produced dolls between 1926-1959.
Condition
He has his original hat.
