A circa 1920s vintage copy of James Fenimore Cooper’s The Pathfinder, published by A.L. Burt & Co. and bound in a red leather softcover. Originally published in 1840, this is one of Cooper’s ‘Leatherstocking Tales’, a series of frontier adventures featuring the character Natty Bumppo, the best known of which is The Last of the Mohicans.
