Margaret Wenstrup Original Stencil Print

An original stencil print on paper by listed Cincinnati artist Margaret Newland Wenstrup (1930-2008). The print depicts two squares filled with a grid of tiny dots. The squares overlap, creating a wonderfully textured geometric piece. The print is unsigned but comes directly from the artist’s estate. Wenstrup graduated from the Art Academy of Cincinnati, lived and worked in New Richmond, Ohio, and is known as a pioneer of Mid-Century Modernism. She is recognized for her bold use of color and large scale work.

- very light creasing and scuffing to edges.
