An original abstract acrylic on canvas by contemporary American artist Robbie Kemper (Cincinnati, Ohio, 1957 -), titled Red Stripe, circa 2010. The image depicts an energetic, non-objective composition of white and black patches of paint, aggressively intertwined, mixed, layered and splattered with red and blue. Artist signature is signed to the lower left. This piece is not framed. Kemper studied art at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, and is currently a studio resident at the Pendleton Art Center in the historic district of Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, Ohio.
