A silkscreened pointillism print by Key West outsider artist Jack Baron (American, 1926-2005). The colorful print is titled Laura and Sam, it depicts a young lady holding her cat which was a signature subject for the artist. Matted under glass in lilac with a gold frame, the print is signed, dated 1994 and numbered 19/25.

Jack Baron was a self-taught artist who started painting at age 40 and became known in Key West as the artist who painted people at the bus stop. His simple style imparts an overpowering sense of joy which was the artist’s intent.
