Danish Søholm Stentoj Stoneware Pottery
Item Details
A collection of matching Søholm Stentoj stoneware pottery from Denmark. These stoneware pieces have a blue, slightly marbled pattern, with a rust red hue around the lips, shoulders and base of each piece, and a wagon wheel design in gold tone on two sides. The assemblage includes a bottle shaped vase and a squat jug both with very square shoulders, and two matching candle holders. Some pieces have stickers identifying the pieces as ‘Søholm Dansk Design’, and hand drawn markings in relief to the underside.
