Signed Original Mixed Media of Standing Trees

A signed mixed media work of standing trees. This monochrome work features a cluster of trees, their frenzied branches overlapping one another. Thick watercolor strokes of gray help to form the ground and background and are textured with scrawled vertical lines, while skillful spatterings of white, black, and gray paint spot the entire image. Illegibly signed in pencil to lower left center, this work is mounted beneath a layer of white matting and presented behind glass. Housed in a natural wood frame with eye hooks for hanging wire present to verso.
