A signed and numbered, hand colored etching by Wisconsin artist Larry Welo (1951- ) titled A String of Pearls. Like a scene out of yesteryear, this print depicts an impeccable, tree-lined street with a single driver cruising down the lane. A row of red roofed houses stand side-by-side guarded by perfectly manicured lawns, with the bright blue sky clear overhead. Numbered 40/150 to lower left, titled to lower center, and signed to lower right, all in pencil. Mounted beneath a layer of white matting, this work is presented behind glass in a mahogany toned wooden frame. Eye hooks for hanging wire present to verso.
