A collection of early 20th century dolls. This assortment includes a brown haired doll wearing orange cream pants, who has a cloth body, and a plastic head, arms and legs, and glass blinking eyes, who is marked to the nape of the neck with ‘N.D. Co. 1923’; a curly haired blonde doll with ribbons in her hair, wearing a light pink dress with lace towards the top and white leather shoes; a bald baby doll with an illegible marking to the back of the neck, with a composite head, arms and legs, a cloth body, and blinking eyes; a small bisque jointed doll; and a hand quilted doll pillow made of a patchwork of cloths and hems.
Condition
- worn, one doll’s wig has been cut.
- bald baby doll’s face is cracked, has an eye that does not close, scuffs to head, and cracks and missing paint on the hands.
