An original Navajo sandpainting titled Three Healing by Glen Nez. These paintings are traditionally made by pouring tinted sands or powders onto adhesive surfaces to form uniquely textured images and patterns and were created ritualistically to carry out certain purposes, such as healing the sick or encouraging the growth of crops. This painting depicts three standing yei surrounded by a figural border. It consists of neutral colors on a tan background. It is titled and signed in pencil to the verso. Presented without glass in a blonde wooden frame.
