Vintage Handmade Friendship Bookends

Item Details

A vintage handmade wooden friendship bookends. These bookends feature a built in bottom surface ‘shelf’ which extends the bookends up to twenty five inches wide, with ‘As you choose a friend’ on one side, and ‘Choose an Author’ written on one side. The curved vertical ends feature a carved design to the outside of each of a woman in a white nightgown, wearing a laurel, reading a book with a slight smile; the bookends can fold down for storage.
