Set of Pierced Silver-Plated Serving Dishes
Item Details
A set of silver plated serving dishes. The stand features a very broad, conical shape, a pierced Arras pattern around the edge with ten elements projecting towards the center, and is marked to the underside with ‘Arras Pattern Benedict Plate 2509 udx’. The smaller decorative insert is nearly entirely covered with a pierced pattern, save the solid center. The larger serving dish is edged with a rope design and a pierced pattern on the extended lip, and a large recessed middle to contain foodstuffs; it is marked to the underside with ‘WM Rogers 835’.
