A collection of vintage newspapers and militaria. Included are newspapers from The Lincoln Star and the Nebraska City News from the mid 1940s; a collection of military manuals and guides including the ‘Field Service Regulations Operations’ manual and the ‘Infantry Drill Regulations’ bound booklet; five military caps in varying shades of brown or black, one with an Ike pin attached to it; an Air Force Officer’s dress cap, with gold tone laurel designs on the rim indicating the owner was over the Major rank; a non-commissioned officer’s hat; an officer’s hat with a gold band; a pair of dress and combat spats; a pair of socks, and a pair of long underwear.
