A yellow gold cameo pendant-brooch. The 1.25-inch cameo can be worn as both a pendant or a brooch, and features a carved chalcedony cameo with a right-facing woman with elaborate hair. The cameo is presented in a lovely gold framed bezel, marked ‘10K’ to the pin-back, with a hinged hanging loop at the top (which can be folded down to the back when being worn as a brooch). It is artisan-signed (illegibly) to the verso. Total estimated weight, 1.86 dwt.
