A colorful machine-made Heriz-style area rug. The rug has a salmon-colored lozenge with a bright blue eight-pointed medallion in seafoam green and off-white, accented in ruby and orange. The delicate pattern repeats in the field, with rectilinear vine work and palmettes. The main border has a deeper red salmon tone with a _turtle_pattern in seafoam, orange, blues and pink. It has a sewn, hand-tied, wheat-colored fringe to either end. Unmarked; likely woven in India or Pakistan.
