Antique Chinese Carved Wall Plaque

Item Details

An antique Chinese carved wall plaque. The square three dimensional carving depicts a bird on a branch with peonies. The wood carving has been painted red with gold toned details. The backside of the carving is natural wood, with a label in English which reads ‘Temple Carving/Ching Dynasty’ affixed to the lower left corner.

Condition

- wood has cracks in it, large piece of wood missing from one corner, one large piece has fallen off, gold paint has worn away in places.
