A machine-made sapphire blue Savonnerie-style area rug. The rug has a central floral medallion in pink, ivory and forest green, surrounded by an ecru and taupe scrolled motif with matching crests to the border. THe wide border is rendered in an ivory tone with a matching floral design. It has a sewn, applied fringe to either end and is unmarked.
