This piece of exercise equipment features a wood constructed frame, padded sliding platform, headrest and shoulder pads, comfortable hand and footstraps with adjustable resistance bands. The machine has an aluminum track rail system with ball bearing wheels allowing ease of glide. The frame rolls on casters for easy repositioning and also folds for convenient storage.
