A nature inspired painting on a large piece of copper with a resin coating titled, Cherry Blossom by Cincinnati artist, Ken Rausch, who is best known for his unique, eye catching works of art using copper. This piece of artwork depicts a pair of brown cherry blossom trees with white budding flowers on the ends of each branch and an abstract stripe along the left margin in shades of green, brown, white, and orange. The painting is displayed on a square piece of copper, which is covered in a resin coating and has a wire for hanging to the verso.

Ken Rausch is a native to Cincinnati, as well as an alumni of The Art Academy of Cincinnati. Rausch is best known for his artwork using pieces of copper in which he utilizes special paints and grinding tools to add texture and depth, along with heat and acid etching to create beautiful, unique works of art that are sure to catch your eye with their exciting color palettes and overall intensity.
