Semi-Antique Victor VV-370 "Designer" Upright Victrola
Item Details
A semi-antique Victor VV-370 ‘Designer’ upright Victrola. The body of the piece is constructed in mahogany and features brass hardware. The top features a hinged lid which opens to a manual crank phonograph. The front face displays two sets of doors. The doors open to reveal a series of shelves and built-in amplification horn. The Victrola stands on four Queen Anne style carved cabriole legs with claw and ball feet. The Victor VV-370 upright Victrola was produced in late 1924 before ceasing production in 1925. Only 907 units of the VV-370 were produced. The internal phonograph features a completely mechanical, hand-crank operated movement. Serial number 710.
