Kimball Upright Console Piano and Bench

Item Details

An upright console piano, model 414R, with a bench, manufactured by the W.W. Kimball Company of Indiana; at one time, this was the world’s largest piano company. This piano comprises a walnut cabinet on brass casters, and features fifty-two white keys and thirty-six black keys. Has a cover that pulls over, a music holder above, and a lid on top that opens to reveal the inner workings. The piano also includes a small bench with a faux leather top which flips up for storage, and is supported by four slightly turned and tapered legs. The serial number is T51422.

- each key was tested and worked at the time of cataloging. May need tuned or serviced. Repair notes are handwritten on interior of top lid – see picture.
