An original Barbizon pastel drawing on brown paper by well-listed Impressionist artist Paul-Émile Pissarro (France, 1884 – 1972) titled Chalutiers aux grands mats. The image depicts a European harbor teeming with colorful sailboats and schooners ay dusk, the sun tinting the sky. Artist signature is signed to the lower left. The drawing is float-mounted on black ground behind white linen mat and acrylic glass in a wood frame with cast moulding and a pickled gilt finish. A certificate of authenticity from Katia Pissarro is attached to the verso.

Condition

- acrylic glass is lightly scratched and has accretion across. Frame is lightly worn.
