An antique hand tinted lithograph. The lithograph is a social satire circa 1830. The lithograph depicts two men talking while one sits atop a horse; underneath the drawing is written in cockney vernacular, ‘Excuse me Mr Scraggs but you act werry hunconsiderable werry. When you buys an hannimal that is an orse, why dont you give 30 bob at once and have a good un.’ The lithograph is matted, under glass, and framed with a wire hanger on the back.
