Beautiful and collectible vintage Royal Winton Grimwades ‘Summertime’ Chintz Breakfast tea set. Includes lidded teapot, teacup, small creamer and sugar, napkin holder and dual handled serving plate in multi- color florals with shades of rose, blue, green and yellow on an ivory backdrop. All are stamped in black with signature mark with the initial A. Sugar is handpainted in gold with the initial V. Teapot and teacup are stamped in black with ‘Summertime’ in blue and handpainted in gold # 775 as well as serving plate. (Suggests pieces were made at different times and not an original set).
Condition
Normal crazing with staining on sugar and creamer. Crazing on interior teapot.
