Vintage Carling Black Label Beer Standing Advertisement Signs
Item Details
A pair of vintage Carling Black Label Beer standing advertisement signs. These molded plastic signs depict the same old man with a brown hat, red scarf, tawny overcoat with holly boutonnière and snow boots carrying two small cases of Black Label Beer in one sign and one large case of the beer in the other. The one carrying the large case has a cardboard stand to the reverse and the one carrying two cases has a hole in the back for a lighting element. These were used in the 1950’s and early 1960’s as holiday advertisements for Cleveland brewing company, Carling’s Black Label Beer.

- some wear and discoloration, condition consistent with age and use.
