A 14K yellow gold heart ring. Ring features a large faceted heart shape synthetic color change sapphire, measuring approximately 20mm. It is framed by twenty-four round shape clear colorless imitation stones. The outside of the setting where it meets the shank offers a filigree design. Shank is marked ‘14K’.
