A signed offset lithograph reproduction print after the original watercolor painting by American watercolorist Don Dennis (20th-century), depicting a coastal scene with a clapboard cottage on the beach surrounded by a white picket fence, a sun-drenched lighthouse in the distance and seagulls flying through the air. Artist signature is printed in plate and annotated Full Member of American Watercolor Society, and hand-signed in pencil to the lower right. The print is set behind muted blue and white double-mat, under glass, in a beveled wood frame with a natural stained finish. A hanging wire is attached to the verso.
