Denby Fine China and Green Stemware
Item Details
A Denby fine china and green stemware set. Circa 1978. The china set, Denby pattern Contrariwise, features five stylized bright polychrome flowers suspended from a bright green rim. Offered here are 11 dinner plates (10.5”), 12 luncheon plates (7.625”), 12 soup / salad bowls (7.875”), 11 bread and butter plates (6”), and 11 cups with saucers. The Denby stemware, pattern Aurora Winterberry Green, features a green-tinted, bell-shaped bowl over a shaped clear stem. Included here are 18 water goblets (3.5” in diameter x 8” h) and six wine glasses (3” in diameter x 7” h).
Condition
No found chips, cracks, or crazing to the china. One very small chip to the rim of one glass.
