An offset lithograph reproduction of an alkyd painting by 20th century Texas-based artist Roberta Wesley, titled Night on the River. The print depicts a romanticized view of Victorian figures on a riverboat as viewed from a nearby shore. Spanish moss hangs from a gnarled tree in the foreground, gently framing the scene. A majestic Great Blue Heron Looks on, nad pale roses cover the banks. The print is signed in-plate to the lower right. It is matted in marbled blue-gray with silver tone inner lining and is presented behind glass in a composite frame with dark natural finish and gold tone embellishments. A hanging wire is attached to the piece’s verso.
