A D’Arceau Limoges complete 12-piece set of Women of the Century limited edition collector plates with COAs. Commissioned by the Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne in 1975, these plates celebrate 100 years of the influence of women (and their changing roles) on haute couture. The Chambre chose François Ganeau (France, 1912 – 1983 ) to capture the ‘illusive feminine mystique’ in a series of 12 portraits that span from 1865 to 1965. Included here is the entire set of plates with COAs, stored in the original boxes. A fascinating look at a century of haute couture.
