A vintage offset lithograph after H.A. Ogden. The scene depicts General George Washington and other generals of the Revolutionary war meeting with a woman. The work is signed in plate ‘H.A. Ogden’ to the lower left corner. Henry Alexander Ogden (1856–1936) is an American illustrator of military scenes. Ogden is best known for recording the the uniforms of the United States army between 1890 and 1907.
