Walt Disney Collection 1996 Holiday Annual Ornament
Item Details
A WDCC Walt Disney Classics Collection Porcelain sculpture titled “Pluto Helps Decorate” which is inscribed on the bottom of the sculpture. The figurine was designed and sculpted by Chris Peterson of Pluto from the 1952 cartoon “Pluto Helps Decorate.” The bottom of the sculpture has the Donald Duck’s Hat mark, which dates the sculpture to 1996 and was only available during this year for the Cartoon Classics collection. The sculpture is porcelain with bronze ears, tail, bells, and bell strap, and multi-color bead ornaments made of real glass. The bottom of the sculpture also has the holiday series and the WDCC logo backstamp. There is a sticker on the bottom that reads “Handcrafted in Thailand.” The sculpture comes with the original box, unopened certificate of authenticity with original plastic sleeve, styrofoam padding, and all the original inserts. The sculpture stands 5 1/2” tall and the item number is item number: 11K-41112-0 (Old)/1028598 (Current).
