Walt Disney Classics Collection Timothy Mouse Friendship Offering

A WDCC Walt Disney Classics Collection Porcelain sculpture ornament of Timothy Mouse from the 1941 animated classic movie “Dumbo.” The sculpture was designed Chris Peterson as part of the Timeless Treasures collection and is titled “Friendship Offering.” The sculpture does not have a mark on the bottom as the initial batch in 1997 had no markings, while subsequent batches had the Dwarfs’ Pick Ax Mark. The sculpture was only available to Walt Disney Collectors Society Members from 01/01/1998 – 03/31/1998 with the redemption of Walt Disney Collectors Society Redemption Certificate. The entirety of the sculpture is porcelain except a metal tail, gold cord tied to a metal loop on Timothy Mouse’s head, and gold metallic paint highlights on his hat and jacket. The statue has the WDCC logo backstamp and the title “Friendship Offering” and Timothy Mouse 1998 Walt Disney Collectors Society © Disney to the bottom in green and gold. There is also a clear sticker on the bottom that reads “Thailand, Thailande” in gold lettering. The sculpture comes with the original box, unopened certificate of authenticity with original plastic sleeve, styrofoam padding, and all the original inserts. The sculpture stands 3 1/2” tall and the item number is item number: 11K-411179-0 (Old)/1028665 (Current).
