1930s Western Electric F1 Rotary Phone

Item Details

A vintage Western Electric Bell System F1 rotary telephone. It is Model 302, dates sometime between 1936-1941 and was the first telephone to include the ringer and circuits in the same unit. It features a metal base with a chrome plated finish, number 6 rotary dial with an ‘American Telephone & Telegraph Co. and Associated Companies. Local and Long Distance Telephone Bell System’ insert in the center, a black handset marked ‘Bell System Made by Western Electric F1’ and a black cloth covered cord.
