A trio of The Boston Cooking-School Cook Book by Fannie Merritt Farmer. Fannie Merritt Farmer (United States,1857 – 1915) was an American culinary expert. This title, first published in 1896, became a widely used culinary text. A pioneer in food nutrition, Farmer’s book offers over 1200 recipes, with additional information on nutrition, cooking methods, recipes for the sick, menu suggestions, and hints for the young housekeeper. The oldest book offered here is missing the title page, so the date of publication is unknown. The two newer editions were published in 1929 and 1936 by Little, Brown, and Company, Boston, MA.
