A vintage art poster commissioned by the Comune Di Venezia, created by Italian artist’s to promote music, dance, art and architecture events in Venice, Italy in the early 1980s. This poster advertises the 1981 Regata Historica (Historical Regatta) which has taken place on the first Sunday of September since 1315. It features an offset lithograph depicting Venice from Peregrinatio in Terram Sanctam by Bernhard von Breydenbach and Erhard Reuwich, published in 1486. This rare poster is printed on heavyweight paper, presented in Italian and is part of a collection that has never been available for sale.
