Vintage Seth Thomas 8 Day Four Jewel Desk Clock

Item Details

A vintage Seth Thomas 8 Day desk clock with four jewels to the movements, circa 1926. It features a gilt resin housing, marked in mold ‘Mario N.Y.’, with ornate floral designs surrounding the dial. The dial is silver tone metal with black Arabic numerals, reading ‘4 – Jewels Seth Thomas 8 Day Made in U.S.A.’ The clock is attached to a black slate base with a felted bottom; there is an attached label to the bottom, but mostly illegible except for the year 1927. Item is currently running after being wound; however, clock has not been tested for time keeping ability.
