A bronze sculpture after Frederic Remington’s (1861-1909), “Coming Through the Rye” (off the range). This work of art comes with a Certificate of Authenticity that reads, “NE’ and is a first edition offered by The New England Collector’s Society and numbered 0499. It is also numbered on the bottom of the sculpture. Remington made the original piece at first attempt in using more that two horses. Frederic Sackrider Remington was born in Canton, New York in 1861, was a painter, illustrator, sculptor and writer, specializing in the Old American West, specifically cowboys and Indians.
