Cast Brass Sculpture Seafarer "Tempete" After Virgil Morey
Item Details
A recast brass sculpture after a Virgile Morey (France, active 1883-1895) piece of artwork. It depicts a seafarer or sailor at the bow holding a lantern in front of him in one hand a drawn sword in the other hand. The square base is marked in mold ‘Tempete’. The lantern and sword feature a dull brass paint.
