Vintage Hummel "We Congratulate" Figurine

A vintage W. Goebel Hummel figurine titled We Congratulate. Manufactured in West Germany, the figurine was produced circa the 1960s. The hand-painted piece depicts a small boy and girl, each in traditional costume. The girl holds a small bouquet of flowers and the boy holds a finger to his lips. The piece rests upon an oval base and carries the W. Goebel mark to the underside.
