A duet of Gail Morrison oil paintings. Gail, or ‘Gaia’ as she signs her paintings, is an accomplished Cincinnati artist. This duet includes one 13’ wide oil on canvas board painting depicting a bird’s egg in a nest, framed in a beveled wood veneer with gold gilded trim; and one 10’ wide oil on stretched canvas painting titled Blue Willow depicting a still life of a flow blue platter and vase filled with hydrangea resting on a wood table scribed with the artist signature to lower right and framed in a speckled, distressed finish beveled wood.
Condition
- nest painting label to back sun faded, small tears to paper backing, “Blue Willow” has several chips to frame
