An original acrylic landscape on canvas by artist Patty Baker. This work is bold and vibrant in its use of blue and in the reddish tint of sunlight hitting clouds and mountains. The piece depicts a beautiful stretch of water along a mountainous shore. The distant sailboats are but tiny entities on a vast ocean or lake. Signed ‘P. Baker’ in black paint to lower left. American artist Patty Baker earned her degree in Colorado and has also painted the Catskill Mountains and Hudson River area.
