A Charley Weaver Bartender toy. Offered by Rosko Toys in 1962, this battery operated toy features Cliff Arquette as the Charlie Weaver character. When working, his face lights up, he shakes the drink, pours it into the martini glass, raises it to his mouth, and smoke comes out of his ears.
