Early Twentieth Century Ridgways "Oriental" China Tea Service
Item Details
An assorted tea service china set from Ridgways in the Oriental pattern. The pattern was produced beginning in 1891. The pieces bear blue transferware images of trading posts in Southeast Asia, each piece lined with gold-tone paint to the handles, lids, or rims. Pieces are marked to the underside in blue ink. Includes eight saucers of two slightly variant depths, six teacups, a sugar and creamer set, and a teapot.

Condition
- most are in good to fair condition. Wear to luster rim and to transfer images. Discoloration to some teacups. Chipping to rims, wear from age.
